Helen is an AI-supported interview system designed to conduct structured interviews based strictly on predefined, human-created questions.
The Service is a tool for conducting interviews
The Service does not evaluate, rank, or make hiring decisions
The Service operates within the structure defined by the Customer
3. Roles & Responsibilities
Victory Vector (Processor)
Processes candidate data on behalf of the Customer
Provides infrastructure for conducting interviews
Ensures platform functionality and security
Customer (Controller)
The Customer is solely responsible for:
All hiring decisions
The content and legality of interview questions
Compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws
Informing candidates and obtaining required consents
How interview results and assessments are used
4. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
Helen operates as a structured interview tool and does not provide recommendations or decisions.
Victory Vector does not guarantee:
Hiring outcomes
Candidate suitability
Accuracy or completeness of responses
All outputs must be reviewed by the Customer.
5. Assessments & Automated Scoring
The Service may include optional assessments such as cognitive (IQ) and personality tests.
Assessments are structured tools designed to support the interview process
Responses may be processed using predefined scoring logic or standardized evaluation methods
Results are provided as informational outputs only
Helen does not make decisions, recommendations, or final evaluations based on these assessments.
Assessment results are not used for automated decision-making and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
Customer Responsibilities for Assessments
The Customer is solely responsible for:
Interpreting and using assessment results
Ensuring lawful and appropriate use of such assessments
Avoiding reliance on automated outputs as the sole basis for decisions
6. Data Processing & Privacy
Victory Vector processes personal data strictly for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Data is processed on behalf of the Customer
Data is not sold or used for marketing purposes
Data handling is described in our Privacy Notice and Data Processing documentation
7. Data Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for:
Establishing a lawful basis for processing candidate data
Providing appropriate notices and obtaining consent
Managing data retention and deletion
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and applicable laws
8. Acceptable Use
The Customer agrees not to use the Service:
For unlawful or discriminatory hiring practices
To collect unnecessary or excessive data
In violation of applicable laws or regulations
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, AI processing).
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service and are selected based on security and compliance standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Victory Vector is not liable for hiring decisions made by the Customer
Victory Vector is not responsible for how results or assessments are interpreted or used
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service
11. Availability & Changes
We may update or improve the Service over time.
We aim to maintain a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12. Termination
The Customer may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction of operation.
