Helen is an AI-supported interview system designed to conduct structured interviews based strictly on predefined, human-created questions.

Helen does not evaluate, rank, or make hiring decisions. All decisions remain fully under human control.

Data Processing Role

Victory Vector acts as a data processor on behalf of hiring organizations.

Candidate data is processed solely for the purpose of the specific recruitment process in which the candidate participates.

AI Transparency & Human Oversight

Candidates are clearly informed when interacting with Helen as an AI system.

  • Helen follows predefined, human-created interview questions

  • Helen does not make decisions or recommendations

  • Helen does not score or rank candidates

  • All hiring decisions are made by human recruiters

Helen operates strictly as a structured interview tool, ensuring consistency while maintaining full human oversight.

Information We Process

Depending on the interview, we may process:

  • Personal and contact information

  • Professional and experience-related information

  • Interview responses (audio, video, transcripts)

  • Technical data (device, browser, connection data)

Where sensitive data may be involved (e.g., health or background-related information), additional safeguards and explicit consent are required.

AI Processing & Zero Retention Approach

AI is used only to conduct interviews in real time.

  • AI does not retain or learn from candidate data

  • AI processing operates without persistent storage (zero-retention mode where applicable)

  • Data is processed only during the interaction and is not stored by AI providers

Data Storage & Security

Data is protected through:

  • Encryption in transit (secure HTTPS and real-time communication protocols)

  • Encryption at rest (secure database and storage systems)

  • Controlled access and authentication

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

Interview data is stored only for recruitment purposes and linked exclusively to the relevant hiring process.

Data Sharing

We limit data sharing to what is strictly necessary.

Data is shared only with:

  • The hiring organization conducting the recruitment process

  • Essential infrastructure providers required to operate the platform

We do not sell, distribute, or use candidate data for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Data Retention

Data retention is controlled and limited:

  • Data is stored only as long as necessary for recruitment

  • Retention periods can be defined (e.g., 30, 90, or 365 days)

  • Data can be deleted upon request or automatically after the retention period

Candidate Rights & Control

Candidates have the right to:

  • Be informed about the use of AI in the interview process

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of their data

  • Request human review of their application
